EVENT SPONSOR – Affordable – $1000 (per event)

• Your organizational logo on all event materials, emails, and marketing materials for the event
• Recognition at the HIMSS Keystone Chapter’s Regional Education or Networking Social Event
• One (1) complimentary pass to the Event

HIMSS CONFERENCE CHAPTER LUNCH – $2000

• Your organizational logo on all event materials, emails, and marketing materials for the event
• Recognition at the HIMSS Keystone Chapter’s Lunch event at the National Conference
• Two (2) complimentary passes to the Event

NOTES
To assure proper recognition and venue readiness, all monies for sponsorship must be paid two weeks before an event without exception. Annual sponsorships will be based on a rolling timeline, based on the commencement of sponsorship.

HIMSS Keystone Chapter reserves the right to decline sponsorships. Opportunities may arise over the course of a year for a vendor to sponsor other items, such as breakfast, lunch, raffle, or parking. We welcome the support of our vendors.

Events not included in the allowable chapter event sponsorship opportunities include national, statewide, or co-hosted events beyond the customary HIMSS Keystone Chapter membership.
