Members of both Keystone and DVHIMSS joined forces to host and conduct our 2026 Advocacy Day at the Pennsylvania State Capital in Harrisburg, PA. During Advocacy Day, members of both chapters met with leadership in both the Senate and the House. These meetings included the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, as well as the House Health Committee. Both of these committees of jurisdiction are integral to passage and consideration of legislation directly related to our Health IT industry. The team offered our state chapters as valuable resources and key industry experts to support discussion and consideration of Health IT matters that come before the committees.
Following the event, Keystone HIMSS and DVHIMSS hosted an networking event at the Hilton where members of HIMSS and HealthIT leaders networked, discuss Health IT hot topics and planned for future connections and events.
