Tara Gensemer, MS, PMP
Tara Gensemer is a healthcare IT leader with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical operations, health information exchange, and product management, currently serving as Senior Consultant at Resultant, where she leads program management for Colorado’s Social Health Information Exchange (CoSHIE). Her career progressed from healthcare administration and practice management into interoperability and HIE leadership, including her role as Operations Manager and Product Owner for the Pennsylvania Patient and Provider Network, where she drove data quality, workflow optimization, and analytics to support statewide care coordination. Known for bridging technical and clinical teams, Tara is passionate about advancing whole person care through standards-based data exchange, AI enabled innovation, and health equity.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Owen, and Jillian. An avid runner and yoga practitioner, she finds joy in the outdoors, especially hiking with Jeff and their labradoodle, Andy.
