Mari Pampena
A healthcare technology and business analytics leader with nearly two decades of experience in the medical device industry, Mari combines her expertise in data, enterprise systems, process optimization, and cross-functional strategy. She currently serves as Director of Business Analytics at React Health, where she leads enterprise systems and analytics initiatives that connect technology, data, and business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. Her work spans ERP strategy, system integrations, automation, M&A-related system transitions, reporting and analytics, and the development of solutions that support teams across sales, finance, operations, and executive leadership.
Prior to joining React Health, Mari spent nearly 15 years with Philips Respironics, progressing through roles in sales analytics, market analytics, and global customer solutions. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions and for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. She is particularly passionate about using technology and data to simplify processes, drive meaningful change, and create solutions that work for the people who use them.
Mari holds an MBA from Waynesburg University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated with honors with majors in Economics and Political Science and a minor in Administration of Justice. She is also committed to community service and currently volunteers with PA Missing Persons, following years of organizing fundraising and donation efforts for local community organizations.
Mari lives in Western Pennsylvania and, outside of work, enjoys reading and spending time with her Boston Terrier, Milo.
